We’d love to hear from you if you have any feedback, positive or negative as we are always looking for ways to improve our, already amazing bags.
Our bags are so revolutionary that they truly feel different to any other bag you’ve tried before. Therefore we like to give you that extra care and attention to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. Check out our fitting instructions and Hints & Tips document to help you set up the bag, but if you require any assistance fitting your bag, or have any questions at all you can contact us at email@example.com.
If you’d rather talk on the phone just drop us an email and we’ll schedule in a phone call, or a video call if that is more appropriate to assist you.
Talk is cheap and some people promise a lot and don’t deliver very much. We stand by our product and you can try a Motionlab Bag risk-free.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return the bag to us for a full refund within 30 days, provided it has not been excessively used. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know why you want the refund and to know where to return the bag.
Once you’ve shipped the bag back to us, we will refund you in full.
Our bags are made from the highest quality materials. We guarantee it for the life of the product and if any item breaks we will replace that component, or the entire bag, to get you back up and running with your Motionlab Active Commute bag. We simply ask that you return the faulty component to us so we can examine it and learn from any faults.
